PREPAID MEMBERSHIP – 3 Months

This is an introductory membership for THREE (3) MONTHS ONLY and is ideal to be given to another as a gift.  You will have access to four (4) group classes each month limited to the classes below.  Additionally with active membership, you will have access to a discount of 20% to most classes offered at ADI. You can also purchase this as a gift card for someone else!

Restrictions:

• This is a prepaid membership. The $357 covers all 3 months, and is a one-time payment.
• Membership will be for three consecutive months only
• Membership must be used from April 15 to October 15 of any year
• No HOLDS are allowed with this membership
• No automatic renewals
• While membership is active, you will receive 20% off of all purchases (excluding 4M and Club 2A)
• Earn double the points with purchases made during the birthday month
• 4M and Club2A are excluded from this membership
