    Description

    Once you have completed your OCSD CCW training at Artemis you can add Utah, Arizona and Florida CCW permits for up to six months after the initial CCW class date. The Multi-State CCW applications for Utah, Arizona, and Florida are offered to those clients who have taken their CA CCW class with ADI. 

     

    Included in this package: 

    • Application packets for each state
    • Certificates
    • Rolled-prints on FBI-approved fingerprint cards*
    • Printed Passport Photos for Utah, Arizona, and Florida

    *Florida fingerprint cards will be provided; however, they MUST be completed by law enforcement.
