What To Do When Stopped By Law Enforcement
$62.00
Interacting with law enforcement (LE) as a CCW holder is one of the greatest concerns our students share with us almost daily. There are many ways that a legally armed citizen can come into contact with a law enforcement officer, some of these contacts are benign, others can potentially be adversarial. How you comport yourself is critical to ensuring that the contact does not create additional legal, and potentially lethal, consequences.
This course will be taught by Rich Nelson, an active law enforcement officer, and former head of an LE training division. During this class, Rich will be discussing some of the complications that arise from law enforcement contacts while in possession of a firearm, sharing OCSD “best practices” as well as practical realities of a LE contact.
Attorney, Steven Lieberman, will also be present to discuss the applications of law associated with concealed carry and legal implications arising from it.
