ADI offers two levels of unarmed self-defense training as well as a special two-part class for seniors (55+).

IMPORTANT: To take our unarmed self-defense classes you must be in good health with minimal mobility restrictions. These are hands-on class using partners for skills drills. Train at your own risk!
