Description
During the FAM (Familiarization) Shoot, some of the fundamentals that will be reviewed are:
- Firearm Safety Rules
- Proper loading of your magazines
- Proper loading and unloading of your firearm
- Proper grip, stance, breath control, sight alignment and sight picture, trigger control and follow through
The NRA Qualification Shoot is required for the NRA Basic Pistol Certification. Students must have completed Pistol 1, 2, 3, and Pistol for Dummies prior to attending the qualification shoot. Students who pass, will be awarded an NRA Basic Pistol Certification.
