The Experience: A Full-Day Journey

Morning Session: The Foundation of Preparedness
The day begins with a deep dive into the core pillars of preventive defense. 2A Attorney and ADI Co-Founder, Steven Lieberman, J.D., will establish the legal framework, exploring the critical nuances of use-of-force law and your rights. Lead Firearms Instructor Jahanyar “JJ” Jafari will translate theory into practice with a session on hard skill options and defensive tactics. We are also honored to feature our guest speaker, Dr. Heather Williams, PsyD, a renowned trauma psychologist and founder of Premier First Responder Psychological Services. Dr. Williams will present on the psychological aftermath of a traumatic event, preparing you for the mental and emotional challenges that follow.
Afternoon Session: The Ultimate Test
Following a catered networking lunch, you will participate in a live, interactive scenario training—an immersive experience you will not find anywhere else. Designed and executed by the ADI Instructor Team, this session will put your real-world awareness and decision-making skills to the test in a dynamic, unscripted environment.
Evening Session: The Debrief & Expert Access
The day culminates in a crucial debrief and Q&A session with our expert panel. Over cocktails and appetizers, you will have the unique opportunity to discuss the day’s events, ask critical questions, and network with instructors and fellow attendees in a relaxed, professional setting.
